We are travelling on a path - a path that we hope to bring us happiness – the path that society says will bring us sensual happiness - but the path that is laid out by the Supreme Lord and the great spiritual masters that is guaranteed to bring deep and satisfying happiness to our hearts, is the path of Bhakti yoga. If we follow in their footsteps, we will achieve the ultimate spiritual happiness they have achieved.

About Gopala Dasi:
With nearly 40 years’ experience in meditation and yoga, Gopala Dasi is the senior teacher at ASMY in Adelaide. Her yoga and meditation journey began after searching for a more meaningful life.
"I found purpose, happiness and greater wellbeing in meditation, spiritual cultivation and yoga asanas, and my life’s passion is to share my love of these practices with everyone.

If you proceed with the class you will be taken to agree to the following:

--If I am under 18 my parent or guardian has read this and also agreed on my behalf
-I am participating in this online class voluntarily and I assume full responsibility for any and all damage or injury which I may incur of cause through my participation. I am not covered by ASMY insurance. I am responsible assessing my ability to engage in this class and the suitability and safety of the physical space, fixtures and equipment I am using.
-I am responsible for not participating in this class in a manner that may breach any laws (social distancing, etc.)
-Massage is not without risk of injury. I will discontinue or ease off if there is pain, strain or discomfort and consult a medical professional if required.
